The primary things included in the release are improved support for virtualized Office and additional languages.

The release is available via the MSDN and Global Volume sites.  It was originally also available for TechNet subscribers.  There are three release vehicles, MDOP, RDS, and Hosting Providers, but all appear to include the same bits.

The version is a full installer that may be installed on a clean machine.  The Server and Client installers will also in-place update an installation of 5.0 without the service pack (with or without the hotfix).  As always, the Sequencer must be a clean install.
