Appears to fix client issues:
- System crash with full disk encryption of certain Anti-Virus products (PGP and Verdasys called out).
- Launch Application feature of client console fails on some apps. Also get sxs error or missing dll error.
- Error using SCCM 2007 with packages sequenced with 4.5 CU1; command doesn't launch.
- Using Launch Command on client low on memory fails, hanging the client.
