Just a standalone exe. Type "touch.exe /?" from a cmd window for syntax.
To use, run "touch.exe filename". Wild cards are supported.
touch will rewrite the file causing an update to the file date/time stamp.
The primary use is in SoftGrid/App-V sequencing.
Either to cause a file to be added to the package (when in monitoring mode).
Or to cause the file to be added to FB1 (launch mode).
