Official Policy: Although the license states that the software is provided without warrantee, and support is provided on a best effort basis. This means that we will make reasonable efforts to provide support and fixes when warranted.  We certainly have earned a great reputation for that support on our free software, so you know we'll continue to do so on paid software.

And if you run into an issue when testing the free trial version, please report those too.  We'll still support you if we can!
