GenerateIconDlls is a VBScript that will generate a dll that contains icons located i the same folder. This was needed to support WIndows 2008 R2 "Remote Apps" with App-V 4.* packages, as remote app required that you point to an exe or dll file containing the icon (which of course was hidden by App-V).
