This hotfix appears to have been prematurely posted, including KB article, and then withdrawn. It might be available via phone support.
The hotfix included changes the following problems
- DeploymentConfig.xml file: If you entered direct registry entries in tis file and use DWORD/QWORD/Multistring values, they were not set correctly.
- When logging on to the client that is receiving publishing from an App-V Publishing server, PowerShell windows could be seen on the taskbar briefly. Clicking on these could interfere with the publishing process. These windows are now hidden.
- Under different circumstances, the App-V client can crash when using Config Manager 2012 SP1 or R2.
There is at present no word on when these fixes will be seen again, however some have suggested that we are due for an MDOP refresh release soon anyway.
