 I was a speaker at briForum 2007(https://www.briforum.com). I did four entirely new sessions this time, which means a lot of prep work.  I typically spend 2 to 3 weeks researching each new session, although the fourth one wasn’t planned. We had a speaker not show and put together a session on the spot.
