PimpMy for SoftGrid Real-Time Monitoring Package

This package provides the "missing" functionality required for
Server Administrators to monitor and troubleshoot your
SoftGrid implementation on a daily basis. The package adds an agent
service to your SoftGrid Virtual Application Servers, and a choice of a
Graphical User Interface and/or Monitoring through System Center Operations
Manager via a Management Pack. Thanks to the open WMI interface provided
by the Agent, integration into other Management products is also possible.

PimpMy for SoftGrid Help Desks Package
|

This package provides the "missing" functionality required for
Help Desk personel to troubleshoot user issues when SoftGrid is in use.
This simple to use Graphical User Interface shows the Help Desk person
exactly what applications are assigned to the user and where the shortcuts should be.
It also investigates the back-end to ensure that the required components are available
and will detect common deployment issues such as mismatched names and folders. Finally,
the Help Desk Person can easily check if the SoftGrid Virtual Application Servers are
operating properly without needing to remotely log into the server or have administrator level privleges.
