PimpMy for SoftGrid Help Desks Package costs $199US per license (MA businesses add 5% sales tax).
The number of required licenses is calculated based upon the size of your SoftGrid environment.
The product software provides for a fully functional 30 day evaluation period.
After 30 days, you must purchase the necessary number of licenses and install a license file on your
SoftGrid content share.
You will need to purchase one license for each production SoftGrid Virtual Application Server (VAS) you have,
plus one additional license. The new "light-weight" or "streaming server" version of the VAS also counts in this requirement.
The additional license covers use of this software on equipment other than the VAS, and is required even if you do not intend to install components on other equipment.
This includes using the software in your test environment, installing PimpVasWatch on desktops or monitoring servers, and of course the use of the Management Pack which would be installed on your System Center Operations Manager(s).
This price includes one year of upgrades to the product and email based support.
